During her career, Emma has worked with businesses of all sizes, from small independent producers like New Forest Cider to multinationals such as Carlsberg, as well as many others in between.
A natural people person, Emma loves building and developing relationships with customers. Along with her experience of field sales development, she has also played key roles in supplier management and negotiations, giving her knowledge of the customer-client process from the other side.
Emma has a wide range of marketing-related abilities, from practical skills to creativity and strategic thinking. Everything from designing websites and planning mailshots to actually implementing them using packages such as WordPress, Photoshop and Mailchimp.
When it comes to strategy, you only have to look at results – such as the digital marketing and social media strategy she planned and implemented, which, combined with Emma’s own field sales activities, doubled direct sales turnover within 12 months and increased overall turnover by around 30 per cent.
